I used to like Chicago Uno on International Drive just south of Sand Lake Road but last year the food wasn't as good.

I have had Teak and have been to Tin Roof but didn't eat. This September I am wanting to try to get to Teak again, and try 4 Rivers, which I hear is amazing BBQ! I will eat at Tin Roof when the group heads over there on that Monday night, but if anyone is heading over to the other two for lunch or dinner......let me know, I would love to meet up! At Teak, I had the burger with an egg, Applewood bacon, cheese, and 1/2 pound Angus inside two homemade waffles and the chili cheese fries! All delicious!   |

Pretty sure the reason I tried it myself during Mardi Gras, was based on your recommendation. The chili cheese fries were ridiculously great. Can't wait to go again. Hit me up! |

CaptainTom I've been to quite a few BBQ places be it in London, US or elsewhere and I would say that 4Rivers is up there as being one my best. It really is amazing BBQ! It's a bit out of the way as nearest one is in Downtown or Winter Garden. Downtown one would be pretty cool, as I have never really got out and walked round Downtown Orlando. So if anyone wanted to share an Uber, would love to go! Edit - Seems Downtown one is only lunch and during the week actually. Winter Garden is a proper one.

Thanks - I gotta look up the distance! Uber, maybe? Not too Far East on I-4 10 miles maybe, only worry would be traffic. There are several ways to get downtown from Universal if traffic is an issue. Conroy cuts east to Orange Avenue then north to downtown. I-4 to Kaley then east to Orange I-4 to John Young Parkway to a number of streets to downtown (like Church) Even Kirkman to Church, or the 408 to downtown. |

Just looking back on this. Been a while since ate in any - too long! We never got to Teaks last trip, just time got away from us. Couple of new ones for us recently although franchise so not exactly local to Orlando for the US folks.
