I don't know Rosie16, maybe it still will-- I don't know how far that silver bar goes on the left. Candy McIcicles Just as cold, or maybe the hospital cafeteria. I get the NBC/Universal correlation but this is as boring and bland as it gets, especially for a theme park. Morning talk show hosts?? Ugh. There's no creativity in this whatsoever, why not just keep the Boulangerie as it was then. Pffffft² !

They have cut back on doing ride areas (Barney, Woody woodpecker, Curious George area demolition is delayed indefinitely) due to financial concerns.
BUT, they have money to spend on this Today themed food outlet...

Some updates with photos on the Endless Summer resort, the Jurassic coaster, Hagrid's (HagMagCreMoAd), HTTYD merch Véro , Captain Marvel merch, etc. The Mardi Gras tree is loaded. Would be great to see something new done in Toon Lagoon. Edited to add, I forgot the Linky dink Inside Universal. Looking good. Seems the Emeril's replacement will still be under construction before Hagrid's is done!

I pass by the Endless Summer hotels daily and I can say that they're both coming along very nicely.

I have to say, with every hotel built, I see the EPA becoming more and more meaningless Objectively and from my personal gatherings, the EPA helps to some extent but it doesn't do too much. Sure, it'll give you a head start on the Potter attractions and whichever secondary attraction is coupled with it (seriously, who's waking up at 6 or 7 to hit up Fast and Furious, let's be honest) but once 10 or 11 hits, the crowds will be there. Your best bet is just to get there as early as you can, with or without EPA, and get what you can done as quickly as possible unless you want to bite the financial bullet for Express. On the positive end of it, what works in your favor with EPA is that not everyone who has it will want to wake up early enough to utilize it and the Deluxe resorts come with Express. Not to mention, the guests at Endless Summer will have to travel to get to the park as opposed to an easy walk, boat ride or even Cabana's short bus ride. So I honestly wouldn't fret it in any case.

Update on the E.T. accident
An 11-year-old Brazilian boy on vacation at Universal Orlando had his foot and leg crushed while riding the E.T. attraction at Universal Studios Florida in late January and since then, the family has taken Universal to court. According to Orlando Sentinel, Roberta Perez, mother to the Tiago Perez (the boy involved in the incident), sued Universal in Orange Circuit Court in late February seeking at least $15,000 in damages for the Jan. 31 incident. Edmund Normand, the Orlando-based lawyer for Tiago Perez, stated that it appeared that Perez’s left foot became stuck between the ride vehicle and a cement offloading area at the end of the ride. In the incident, Tiago’s foot was crushed, breaking multiple bones in his toes, foot and leg in what Normand described as a bloody scene. According to Normand, Tiago wasn’t doing anything wrong while riding the attraction –“ He was just being a normal kid, a normal rider.”Tiago’s feet weren’t on the pedals of the bike, but naturally dangled and were inside the vehicle as requested, said Normand, who is seeking to obtain video of what happened. Orlando Sentinel reports that Tiago’s family were witnesses, his mother sat in the same row and other family members were behind the boy, who was in the last seat in the middle row. Normand says the lawsuit also notes that Tiago, as well as his mother, did not speak English and could not read any warning signs.
