So this is pretty neat. Some things to note: - Only around for a limited time and during limited hours
- Only valid for UOAP holders. No guests
 - There is probably a bathroom (that's a very popular question!)
- Only holds up to 60 people
- Cooler is only restocked daily. Once it's empty, that's it for the day.
- Drinks are for purchase, but they honor the UOAP discount (I believe the price with tax is just under $4). Snacks are free (granola/snack bars and chips mainly)
- Put simply: It's located close to Mel's and the prop store. There used to be a terrible sunglass store here that was owned by Billabong (an excellent replacement if you ask me).
- The seating is apparently very comfy
Since it's also in the main area where characters do their meet and greets, there have been reports on the UOAP Group FB page of interactions. So far guests have mingled with the likes of Marilyn, Lucy and Mystery Inc. There's also a video in the group of someone using Coke's version of what equates to a slushy maker, which is also in the lounge.

I saw that, kinds sucks that it's so limited. Charging area is a great idea. I imagine in summer it's going to be used often--not sure if it was beforehand? I think there should be a courtesy for guests, we pay good money for those passes, guess they don't want to restock too many chips?? |

When I was reading up on it on the UOAP FB page, all they said was the drinks wouldn't be restocked same day due to the cooler being at 22 degrees. I have no clue what that means nor its relevance lol but I would assume if they aren't restocking the drinks you buy, they probably wouldn't restock the snacks either. We all know where assumptions get us though and I wouldn't know the answer to that offhand. Fun Fact: What used to be housed here was a horrible sunglass store owned by the surf shop I used to work at. Personally, I feel it's a great replacement and I do hope the "limited time" eventually becomes "permanent", especially since it's essentially a copy of the Amex Lounge but geared towards rewarding AP holders. |

Future Boy They should have somethang--if the time is limited, which stinks but I'd understand not keeping it open with snacks from opening to close, that's not happening--people pay good money for those tickets. Not Universal's concern once they have your money whether you go once, like many out of the country and plenty even in the US, or multiple times. I'd love to have those AP pins as well, but if you're not in the park to pick them up, you're SOL.
