With Bubba Gump all but confirmed to close in spring. What is City Walk missing?
I was a huge fan of Bubba Gump in previous years, 2012 it was maybe the best meal we had. In more recent years the service and food has been hit or miss.
Disney Springs is leagues above City Walk for food and shopping, I think they need something to compete. Still fun but great food. Something different from the burgers available at NBC, Hard Rock, Toothsome, CowFish.
Whats the one food type you wish City Walk had?

A 4Rivers smokehouse to show NBC how things should be done? Never been to 4 Rivers but have heard very good reviews. Authentic Southern BBQ is needed in a Southern state. I've already suggested this to customer service twice.

How about a good old fashioned, gigantic diner, complete with greek salads, rice pudding and layer cake? Nothing beats a great diner. At least not a great Jersey diner:-). Do they already have something like that? I've only ever ventured over there once

Wait, what? We were just saying last night let's give them another chance after our last visit! Balls, that aint happening now. I vote for something with lots and lots of gluten free options that doesn't involve something rank like mung bean stew!!

The most obvious choice to replace Bubba Gump's would be a restaurant since the area isn't that large and the switch may be costly, but I'm of the frame of mind that CW needs something besides overloading the area with almost entirely food. I get that the area is very limited and they've changed their goals since "nightlife" isn't their game anymore but there should be at least more retail options offered or something to give CW more value aside from minigolf, a movie theater and a handful of stores.

I have heard that Bubba Gumps and Red Coconut will go at the same time.
Then refurb or replace on down the Citywalk promanade (Bob Marley's, Pat O's, Fat Tuesday's, the groove as well as catch a rising star.
Makes sense, Almost all the rest of Citywalk has been redone in recent years (Cowfish, NBC, Vivo, Toothsomes).
Probably over several years...
