Just renewed....ARHG! $24.00 bucks down the drain for waiting. I figured that they would do the increase on the 1st of the month, not the last day of the month. So much for my psychic abilities.
There go the two Kong dogs I was going to order.

so I called last night and was told they close at 7 pm (even though the website says 10 pm) to renew my passes. I called back this morning and got the message that the office was still closed (at 930 am). Called the direct line and they told me they are in the process of updating the annual passes and as soon as it goes live they will turn the phones back on. UGH! So I logged on to renew that way and was able to renew our power passes once I logged in for $185.99 plus tax (total $198.08).
I had wanted to upgrade one pass but unfortunately you cannot do that online.
Interesting the gentleman on the 407 number told me that I would not be able to renew online because it was more than 30 days until my power pass expired. He was wrong thankfully!

Yeah our renewal rates have been out there for over a month, but when I checked when we there in July, we weren't able to downgrade our pass in person since it was more than 30 days before the expiration date.

You can upgrade the one pass when you are in the park for the difference in price

thanks JoeCamel that's what I thought but now not sure if it is worthwhile to upgrade based on the price increase.

Power and Seasonal share same block out dates, then power is open through June, July, August when Seasonal is not.

I called the AP line today (40 minutes on hold). I inquired about the effective date for the EPA, and if existing passes get the EPA entitlement.
The answer is effective today EPA is available on Premier APs everyday - even existing Premier APs
Also effective today EPA is available on Preferred APs & existing Preferred APs except on the EPA blackout days posted on the Universal Website.
A great deal for me....

If possible could someone let me know their Preferred Pass renewal price please? As mine comes out as $260. Which seems too cheap compared to todays prices? "Preferred Pass NonRes Adult RENEW- MATTHEW LYNCH $259.99" Thank you
