Disney Springs (formally Downtown Disney) is now officially open and with lots of places to eat, drink and shop.
Shops - HERE Dining - HERE Entertainment - HERE
So many places I'm looking forward to seeing and trying later this year. I love the area, I tend to spend a lot of evenings just walking the shops and people watching. Enjoy the live entertainment and grab a bite to eat.
Anywhere you are looking forward to trying? Already tried what do you think?

Went to Disney Springs last year, was great, much nicer than I remember Downtown Disney being although that was probably almost 10 years since went there.
I like Raglan Road, it's a nice Irish bar! Then rest was just wandering round and look at shops last time.

I was always meh on Downtown Disney. I vaguely remember the old Treasure Island from the 1990s and I thought Downtown Disney could've been better (like what City Walk is), so I'm eager to see Disney Springs. I think it's a great revamp!
Looking forward to the shops/eating. I'd say one over the other but they opened Pandora and Alex and Ani and kate spade, sooooo...

I'm trying to wait until most of the construction walls at least come down. We tried going a month ago just to look around and while it's well-organized on Disney's part, there's only so much you can do with crowds. So instead of being able to take our time and see the progress, we were hustling place to place. As locals this is insane but it's our choice to go so we're waiting it out for awhile since we don't have a specific reason to be there lol an advantage as a local!
I'm excited to see it though. I heard parts of it are basically mimicking the outlets mostly since that's one of the thangs they're trying to combat, but you know Disney's always going to put their spin to it.
