This really belongs under a "Universal" umbrella, so feel free to move as see fit! My sister informed me that she cannot and will not go without a full breakfast while we're on vacation. So now I'm tasked with convincing her and BIL that there's viable breakfast options at UOR that aren't flashbacks of me slugging protein bars and Starbucks on the bus to the parks. We're staying at CBBR and I've had their breakfast. Typical breakfast stuff. What about in the parks themselves? How's the breakfast at both Three Broomsticks and Leaky Cauldron? I'm on That Other Site, since the UOR site won't give me menus for 3B or LC. Is it worth the $15 for standard American breakfast fare? How about Hard Rock? I know Chuck and several others have gone for breakfast recently. Thoughts? Could we feasibly go to another hotel for breakfast and still make early entry? God, I feel like a novice despite knowing everything there is to possibly know about this place.

Hey Ally. I have found my breakfasts at the LC and TTB to be mainly about the atmosphere. Food on its own, in another location, I would consider to be really overpriced. It sounds like everyone really enjoyed the Hard Rock cafe breakfast and felt there were enough options. I'm not aware of their hours though and don't know how they'd work for EPA. Would your family consider breakfast after EPA? That's what we do. I must say, I do love being in the LC and TTB!

Unless you really like the atmosphere in the park I find The Kitchen to have the best breakfast but I have not done the HR Cafe option since they started. Kitchen is $20 PP and is all you can eat, custome order at the counter if you want omelets etc. Short walk from the park.

Neecie also said that she wouldn't go back to three broom sticks or leaky for breakfast after eating at Hard Rock.
I've never tried the HP locations as it's over priced for what looks very average food.
If I must have breakfast at Universal it's either in Starbucks or Cinnabon before entering the parks a quick bite to eat on the go. I'm looking forward to trying Hard Rock.
Bayliner - People rate the this for a quick service at CBBR. The Kitchen - Supposedly very good at HRH. Hard Rock Café - Just new but great options, quality and reasonably priced.
I personally prefer to eat off site, same for dinner also. Against the advise of most American's we love a Denny's and also Keke's not far from Universal if driving.

Bayliner at Cabana Bay is definitely a great choice! They have a huge selection. I don't think they're lacking anything. The eggs are moist and good, and the breakfast potatoes are yummy. It's all good. Hard Rock is fantastic! We went their first official day of serving breakfast. It makes my mouth water just thinking of it!

I'm maybe in the minority but I thought in terms of quality, the English Breakfast at LC wasn't actually too bad, it's OK. But it is very pricey.
I've also had breakfast at the Islands Dining Room at RPR a couple of times and that was a buffet similar to HRH, it was very good. But many have said the buffet at HRH/The Kitchen, is even better, so can't wait to try that this September!
I also really look forward to trying the Hard Rock Café new breakfast as it also looks really nice from what I've seen on Social Media.
Dan_Mol Similar here, my normal daily go to for breakfast was Cinnabon for a "Sausage and Cheese" sandwich and then over to Starbucks for a Caramel Macchiato. Also, can't beat a good Dennys or even better IHOP off-site and think I fancy trying Kekes this time.
Neecie This holiday will be my first stay at CBBR, so I'm pleased to hear that Bayliner is nice, as from pictures looks a bit "school canteeny" ha! Also great to hear Hard Rock was really good, the waffles looked amazing!

Thanks for the insights! We'll have to check out The Kitchen, definitely. That's at HRH, correct? Get an early reservation, if we can. Save LC and 3B for lunch/dinner, then.

We normally have breakfast at either Boulangerie or Croissant Moon, depending on which park we are in. Well when I say "we", I mean Marty, as neither do a GF option, so i always just had a coffee and watched Marty tuck into a croissant or something equally tasty.
Last year at RPR the quick service option in the lobby was brilliant, and I was able to get a GF muffin or bagel, so we tended to have breakfast there most days.
This year we definitely intend on trying the breakfast at the Hard Rock Cafe as it looks amazing. Islands Dining Room at RPR also do good GF options so we may try that too.

We went to Croissant Moon on your recommendation from "that other site", and we really love it. Delicious chocolate/chocolate chip muffin. Think we may have had a brookie there too. Is that possible? And lovely little outdoor tables.

Hey out there. Just looking at the Grinch Character Breakfast, during the holidays. I wanted to ask anyone who has been to weigh in - I'm just wondering if it is worth the expense. For a family of four, with tax and tip, it would cost about $180.00 which is koo koo for breakfast. Unless it is a great experience. Anyone been? Is it really fun?

Chuck does it yearly I think. Neecie Maybe has too?! I think you’re paying for the experience and characters over food quality. Not too bad of a price until you start adding 2,3,4 people to your party. Hopefully someone will chip in with advice.

I imagine it's a normal breakfast, although I guess I could try green eggs and ham
